Today Alita will be sharing the best tips for a great start of the day with us.
Best Tips For A Great Start Of The Day
You know how the day that morning is the most essential part of the day? I truly believe in this. How you start your day has a significant impact on your entire day. I know this because it becomes difficult to be productive when I start my day the wrong way. Chaotic mornings mess up the rest of my day, but there is a better way to avoid this. We are sharing the best tips for a great start to the day. Keep reading!
Adapt The Millionaire Morning Routine
I had no idea of building and developing morning routines a few years ago. I would wake up late in the morning, rush to prepare for work, and grab a cup of coffee on my way to work. This affected my level of productivity at work, and I would go home tired and unhappy.
Until one day, I decided to change my life. With the books I read, I learned that optimizing your morning routine is essential to having a productive day. This is when I knew about the millionaire morning routine. If millionaires have one thing in common, it is how they start their day right and structure their morning routine.
Wake Up Early
Most successful people are early birds. They start the day early because they want to be ahead of everyone else. Brian Tracy, one of my favourite productivity authors, says we increase our productivity level when we start our days early.
Meditation
Meditation is the next thing in a millionaire’s morning routine. This is when you sit, relax and visualize your day. How you want it to work out. Use this time to visualize your dreams and the person you want to be. Meditation clarifies the mind and gives you a clean slate to start the day.
Workout
A 2-3 minute workout is enough to boost your mood and energizes your body. So as taking a cold shower in the morning. It wakes up your body and boosts you to do more tasks for the day.
Lastly, Eat A Healthy Breakfast
Optimizing your routine includes eating healthy in the morning and not just coffee. There is a vast difference between carefully planning and preparing your breakfast and just grabbing breakfast on the way to work. Slow mornings give you the time to slow down, plan the day, and set priorities and goals.
Structure Your Day For A Maximum Productive Performance
A structured day is one of the secrets to having a great productive day. But how do you do this? Here are three tips you can start with.
Plan Your Day
Remember the saying that 1 minute of planning saves 10 minutes of execution. You can either plan your day the night before or first thing in the morning. Successful people work from lists, and their successful projects are from making lists. Planning your day means making a list of everything you need to do in the day. I love making lists in the morning because it clarifies my thinking.
Set Your Priorities
Making a list is not enough. You have to set 2 or 3 priorities from the list. Which are the valuable tasks? What are the things you have to do first before everything else?
Quote:
You can increase your productivity by 50% when you start and complete your most valuable and essential task of the day.
Watch Motivational And Inspirational Speeches Every Morning
One of my favourite thing to do in the morning is watching or listen to inspirational and motivational speeches. It’s either from Oprah or Tony Robbins. Listening to motivational speeches is life-changing, especially when you do it in the morning. I have learned a lot from doing this every day, and I don’t think I can ever go back to my old routine because of this.
You can find inspirational quotes on the internet to add to your vision board. Your vision board is a great reminder to start the day right and be productive.
Over To You
Ready to start your mornings, right? I hope you find these tips helpful to incorporate into your morning routine to keep you relaxed, rested and inspired until the end of the day. If you think your morning routines are messed up, it’s never too late to start now. If you have started but lost track of your routines, get back to it and don’t get defeated by failed starts. Don’t give in just it. You will see differences and changes in your life if you stay consistent.
I hope you enjoyed that.

This is indeed a good read. I definitely experience both, being early and taking one step at a time is really different. You get more productive maybe because our brains are not too exhausted. I love having some coffee while meditating too.

I want to build a habit to start my day with a workout or jogging. But it’s a bit challenging to do it. These are great things to do. I will try to work on them.

Ah yes, I follow such a regimen. The only issue comes in with my meditation. I am never consistent with it.

Totally agree with these tips; on the days I wake up earlier than I do normally (which is not early enough according to me) and exercise as well, I feel wonderful.. Now, I just need to be consistent about the same

I am someone who do things spontaneously – no planning at all. Maybe, I should start planning my day.

A great motivating post. Morning shows the day, it actually sets the tone for the entire day. So it very essential to have a productive morning routine to have a great start. Setting priorities, planning the day, having healthy breakfast are so important to have a productive day.

I definitely notice a difference between the days I get up with time for a morning exercise routine and those I don’t. I may grumble when the alarm goes off but it feels so much better once I’m done.

These are great tips and most of them I use! I am a morning bird and love to start the day with a sweat session. It really sets the tone for the day and regardless of what happens, I already feel so accomplished. One thing I don’t do but have been considering is meditation. I would like to add that on as I know it helps with clarity and just overall mental health.

They aren’t kidding when they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. My day is always wonky if I don’t eat breakfast.

I try to work out every day. I should start adding meditation to it. I know that’s so good for the soul.
Stephanie
Meditation, a work out and breakfast are three things I never do when I wake up! I have to incorporate your tips as I am certain these will reduce that ‘start of day’ anxiety I usually begin my day with!

I need to add meditation to my daily routine. I also love the idea of a 2-3 minute workout to get your blood flowing and boost your mood! I always feel like I need to do 30 -45 minutes when I workout….a 2 to 3 minute mindeset is just what I need! Thanks!
Alita
I love how it turned out. Thank you for having me and for the opportunity!
