Compliment your Colleagues. Hey everyone, I hope you are doing well. Welcome to Blogtober 2020. I decided to switch things up this year. You would agree with me when I say this year has been ‘scary’ enough. In today’s post, I will follow the instructions on my LSW Mind Cards for Kindness. As you know by now, I recently lost my day job, which was heartbreaking. However, I thought about it again and realized that I do not have a small group of colleagues I work with, but I am a part of a global community of bloggers. So why not use this opportunity to show kindness to the bloggers who have inspired me and bloggers who may need it? We all need to show some compassion and give encouragement to each other.
Compliment your Colleague
Hi fellow bloggers,
If you don’t know me by now, my name is Sonia Seivwright, and I want to let you all know that you are doing a fantastic job. Yes, being a blogger can be exhausting, stressful, and fun. This is because the industry is a very high competitor and keeps growing daily. If you haven’t been told this today, I want to be the first to let you know that you are doing a fantastic job. I know it is not easy, it’s a lifelong journey, and sometimes you might feel it’s going nowhere, and you may want to give up. Before you do that, I want you to remember why you started blogging in the first place.
We all get lost in the game at some point. Remembering why you started and your goal in the first place will encourage you to push harder. Do not give up. Remember giving up something you love doing is like giving up on yourself.
I hope this makes someone’s day.
It’s Blogtober, so come back tomorrow for another Mind Card from LSW.
Talk soon.

I love that you have a kindness journal! Gah! I believe the world needs A LOT more kindness in it and a lot less of the other stuff that we currently have. You just never know when I little kindness on your part might make a HUGE impact on someone else’s life. <3

I love this! As a new blogger, there is a lot of hard work with not a lot of reward. A compliment goes a long way!
