Do What Feels Good And Find Freedom. Hey everyone, I hope you are well. In today’s post, I will encourage you to do what feels good and find freedom. With valentine’s day just around the corner, it is essential to practice self-love this year. We, women, are suffering the most out of this challenging time. I have had many women comings to me, complaining about their situation lately, which is affected by the coronavirus and the pandemic. Whether at home, their relationships, children, business etc., it has drawn me that women lack self-love and self-care. This is my way of reminding you constantly to put yourself first.
Do What Feels Good And Find Freedom
A Thought is Energy
Energy always wants to manifest itself.
Energy can not be stocked or blocked. It will get out anyway. If you do something to prevent your life from flowing, it will find another way to express itself. Suppose you do not follow your energy, your intuition. If you swim against the stream of your flow, life will express itself in sickness, tiredness, depression, skin diseases, temper tantrums, aggressiveness and other not-so-pleasant things.
So why not follow the road where your energy takes you? It is your road, your way!
Do you know the song “I did it my way”? If you do things your way, you will feel the energy if you dare to be yourself.
Your energy will be stuck if you try to be somebody else to please your parents, peers, husband, wife, boss, children, and neighbours.
Ok, you say, but won’t I become selfish, an outlaw, a social disaster by following my road? No! You will become yourself.
That is freedom: to be yourself.
See the World like an Extensive Wardrobe
Everybody has a costume. There is only one that fits you perfectly. As long as you try to be someone else, you walk around with an outfit that is either too small or too big for you. You don’t feel comfortable in it. And what else is, you “stole” a costume that belongs to someone else! That means you are not at the right place doing the right thing with the right people! You took someone else’s home, someone else’s costume!
How can you know if you are at the right place, doing the right thing with the right people? A straightforward criterion to find out: the questions stop in your mind! This spinning machine in your head that has been torturing you for years has just stopped! You can feel it: you feel good, everything is “right”, your talents are asked for, and you have the greatest pleasure to offer those around you. Everything falls in his place.
Questions Vanish And Make A Place Or Peace
You still haven’t found your right spot on earth if you torture yourself with all these questions. You are doing an activity that somebody else should be doing. And your “job” is getting done by someone else who is not at his proper place either! Do you see it? It’s like a puzzle:
If everyone is at his perfect home doing what he knows the best, everyone would be at peace, filled with energy and health, and live in wealth.
Go searching for the right place. The moment you stop being harassed by so many questions and feel your energy flowing in your veins, you know this is it! You are on your road, your road to freedom. This is freedom!
Look for it, go for it!
I hope you enjoyed that.
Talk soon.

We have to make sure that we take care of ourselves, do what is best for us, because in the end, that is how we will be happy.

Self love is so important!

Self care and self love are so important as moms. We can get so caught up in taking care of everyone else that we forget to take care of ourselves.

YES! Love this! I spent the better part of my life trying to live up to others’ expectations. I got so stressed out and anxiety ridden that I finally cracked. Now I do me and I LOVE it! Own YOU and BE YOU!

I love the analogy of putting on a costume. It’s so important to remember to just be whoever you were meant to be <3
