Find Your Light with Sparkle Lindsay. Hello everyone, I hope you are well. I am very excited to share today’s post. Allow me to introduce you to Sparkle Lindsay. Sparkle Lindsay is an influential speaker and a state-licensed addiction recovery coach in Colorado Springs and has a communications and business management degree. Find Your Light With Sparkle Lindsay

Hello Sparkle Lindsay; it is a pleasure to interview you. What inspired you to become an Influential Speaker and Recovery Coach?

I am a recovering alcoholic addict and have been sober for about a year and nine months. When I went into treatment, I changed my life completely. I left everything behind to get help, which was the greatest thing I have ever done to improve myself. Due to that sacrifice, I have found a purpose that gives me happiness from within. This has been the most inspiring gift I have ever received, and I feel compelled to continue my legacy.

Congratulations on your New YouTube Channel. Can you please share what the ‘Moment to Shine, its Sparkle time’ is about?

I am excited to start my YouTube channel. It has been up for about two months, and I feel it is the bread and butter to being an influential speaker and speaking from my heart. I have been truly fulfilled by the love I have received from subscribers and newcomers who have felt empowered to take their life back and share their stories with the world. I also want to talk with everyone more personally, and I want people to see into my heart and feel what I feel. I am also looking forward to giving other guests a moment to shine.

What do you hope to achieve with it?

I want to achieve hope and prosperity for all those who need to be inspired or want to encourage! There is enough room for all to make it happen, and I want to be the vessel for those looking to find their light and embrace the understanding of their mission, and get rid of that illusion of a tunnel and bring back or enhance their light. Every one of us has it, and sometimes we must be inspired to let it reveal itself.

How do you stay motivated in your business?

I stay motivated by living other people’s journey’s with them. Each story is different, and everyone’s journey is unique. I feel incredibly honoured to be chosen by them to walk alongside them as they figure out where they fit in their puzzle. I love what I do and the hope it brings to others; this alone keeps me motivated daily. Ultimately some days can be difficult, but I live for those days because that is when my vision awakens. I believe in the moments, that is all I have, and it is a blessing.

What do you do for self-care?

Let me start with this; I was against self-care before I got sober. I felt like time for myself was selfish, and I wasn’t doing something involving work or being busy. I was lazy or unmotivated. Man, I was so wrong, lol. I have an excellent therapist that has helped me reinvent my thinking and be aware of my core beliefs. As I have looked into that, I have found that the way I was going about self-care was wrong.

I started with the practice of reinventing my routine and rejuvenating my mind. I envision this in multiple meditations to be more in tune with what the mind, body and spirit need. That is when self-care came to me. I do lots of self-care; I meditate, journal, work out, read, dance, have spa days, have hot springs, swim, meet with friends, and last but not least, do nothing.

I am sure some aspiring Influential Speakers and Coaches are reading this. What advice would you give them?

Believe in what you are saying and doing. And if you do that, people will come your way and always trust in your gifts. Allow them to manifest into what you want them to.

Can you advise the audience on supporting each other during the Global Pandemic?

Stay connected, talk to each other through zoom, facetime, and telephone, be open, and express your feelings to anyone who will listen. Continue to believe in each other, and if you see someone fall, help pick them up. We are all vital in our way, and it is of value to help one another during this time through love, hope, and inspiration. Let’s be kind, focus on understanding, and tell someone next to you, whether you know them or not, that today will never come again, so let’s make the best of it. Let’s stay empowered and step into our power as the human race we know how to be, and we infinitely leave our love and inspiration wherever we go.

Last but not least, Do you have any questions for me?

I do not at this time, but I can say that reaching out to you has been a divine intervention. I am honoured that you have been willing to collaborate with me. I also feel valued and appreciated, and I am excited about your blog and all it entails.

Let me appreciate Sparkle Lindsay significantly for taking the time to share this interview with me. And I wish her all the best in the nearest future.
