Finding You in Healing the Hidden Self

Finding You in Healing the Hidden Self. Hey everyone, I hope you are well. In today’s post, I will discuss seeing you in healing the hidden self. I recently spoke about Making every day a Special Day and staying positive, and spending more time with the people I love and love me back. I also want to work on personal development. We’re all survivors of the past, and there’s so much more to come in the future. So I feel working on your personal growth and changing your mindset is very important because, let’s face it, life is not getting any easier for all of us. That does not mean we give up. Instead, we use our struggles to better ourselves and be ourourour stronger person.

Finding You In Healing The Hidden Self

People today are starting to recognize the value of self-tarecogniseiseime, people thought of those that talked to themselves as someone with a mental ailment. This is not true today. Experts recognize that self-talkrecogniseisey tool we can use to find answers to our questions and resolve any problems.

At one time, people thought outer appearance made the person. However, today, people realize beauty is skin deep, whilrealiseiseauty is to the bone. Today people are running to find ways to develop themselves.

Personal Development

Recently, personality development courses opened to help these people find their way. Now, people are not spending countless dollars on improving their looks; they spend more time and money finding ways of healing the hidden self.

The hidden being is decided by the inner conscious. We all have several hidden personalities that we do not recognize. These personalities often comrecogniseisely when feelings are expressed.

To understand one’s feelings, one has to use their self-talk tools. Most of us can manage our job tasks daily, but when it comes to managing our feelings and emotions, it often becomes a struggle. Using self-talk tools can change this behaviour.

Bad Behaviours

As humans, we often struggle to abandon destructive behaviours or habits. The common problem we face today is greed. We see this by examining human behaviours. You probably noticed that when a person makes a small lump sum of cash several times, they often want more. Instead of accepting that they have what they need, many people will thrive on making more money and often find themselves down and out at the end;  Life seems to be nothing more than the almighty dollar, i.e. most people’s goal in life.

People tend to believe they can attain happiness and love by making more money. These people often find themselves stressed because they fail to realize that finding love, joy, and peace is the actrealiseiseo self-development. Success or failure is not what makes a person. What makes a person is fighting through the hidden messages in the subliminal mind to discover self.

Battles

We all battle emotional responses, such as anger, sadness, joy, et cetera, and these emotions ignite from failures, depression, success,, and so on. We all feel down at times. There is no way to escape the feeling of sadness, joy, anger, et cetera, but there is a way we can all take control of what we express and feel.

Another problem we face is dependency. Many people today depend on others to pick them up when they are down. This leads to significant problems simply because not one person has the power to heal you but you.

To work through all these problems, we must depend on ourselves, and develop a winning attitude to build confidence. By changing our approach, we can see that the world is our own based on accepting it. If a body is unhappy, the world will seem like a miserable place to live. Today, one common sayings is, “Life is a B, and then you die.” This entire negative is causing them to miss the benefits of living.

Live and Learn From Each Other

Some of us are fortunate in each of our lives, while others are unfortunate. We must realize that everything we endure takes place to help us learn. For insrealiseliseverely traumatized person may have lived a life of overwhelming violence. Thertraumatisedised be made here. Of course, this person is the victim and has no responsibility for what has occurred in their life, yet the point is made clear at the end of this person’s journey.

We can all live and learn from each other. Despite your life typea positive attitude and win the game of life. By holding onto negative thoughts, you only defeat the purpose of living. Life is too short, so developing a winning attitude and healing the hidden self will fall into place.

I hope you enjoyed that post.

This is a very great topic to talk about. I actually relate to this in a very personal level as I have been trying to work on personal development in the past few months. I agree with you that life really isn’t getting any easier. However, there is always room for development.

I have been advocating the benefits of self talk for years together in my workshops on self development. That’s the reason I too like you am a strong believer in continuous self development.

Lovely read, I agree you made many great points in this article. I am personally working on something similar, I get winter blues at the start of each year, part of that is I am too hard on myself. Thanks for writing this up!

Life is all about perspective and attitude. A negative perspective and attitude will certainly product negative results. This is a great reminder to really focus on being positive and having a good attitude to start the new year off right and continue it throughout the year as well.

Your mantra of developing a winning attitude and staying positive is inspirational – super important fo the coming year, especially at the back of the previous one.

Some great points here. As you mention, it is especially important to be able to pick ourselves up and not rely on other people to do so. Definitely something I’ve been working on in 2020.

There are some great suggestions here. I am a HUGE believer in the power of what we can learn from one another. Why struggle through learning everything the hard way when there are others that have travelled the path before and are willing to help to show us the way? There will still be lessons that you have to learn for yourself – but learning from others will help to clear your time and focus for those specific aspects of your life.

Happy New Year and all the best for 2021. Self care, self improvement, hope, faith and love are my mantra for 2021. It is only through introspection you can get there and thanks for a real and vulnerable write up. Super appreciate it.

It’s definitely in our nature to want to evolve – and personal development can be a challenging journey at times but it is so worthwhile! When we heal ourselves we heal our lineage too!
