Meet Aria Beheshtaein, Founder Of B’liev. Hello everyone, I hope you are well. In today’s post, I would like you all to meet Aria Beheshtaein, founder of B’liev. Aria recently launched B’liev, a new plant-based protein shake available in three unusual but utterly delicious flavours, each with 20g of protein. They are available in three delicious flavours: Blueberry Muffin, Cookies & Cream and Chocolate Brownie and packed full of protein to support a flexitarian or plant-based lifestyle.

Hello, It Is A Pleasure To Interview You. Tell Me Something Important About Yourself.

Dedication to my goals with integrity and honesty is the most crucial factor about me.

What Inspired You To Start B’liev?

I wanted to create products that I wanted, but that didn’t exist on the market. I found a space in the industry where we could make a product that would stand as an alternative and competitive product to what exists on the market, specifically in the dairy and animal-based category.

Why Should We Shop With B’liev, And Which Is Your Favourite Item From The Brand?

We tried to change many aspects of our product to make it different from the rest of the industry: taste, formula and packaging. I wanted to create products with unique flavours, unlike existing ones. That’s why we have three unique flThat: Blueberry Muffin, Cookies & Cream and Chocolate Brownie. In terms of formula, I wanted to have a product that serves the primary purpose, protein, and a formula that is more functional than that, and that’s why we added other vitamins and minerals. That’s also added fibre in the drinks, as it was vital for me to have fibre in there because of the vast amount of research behind fibre and its positive effects on gut health. I like all three flavours, but my favourite is Cookies & Cream.

What Does The Future Hold For B’liev?

We want to expand our product range whilst growing our community of amazing people who have the same values and mission as us.

How Do You Stay Motivated In Your Business?

We are just getting started, and I think there is so much we can do in the industry and so much to be motivated by. Alongside that, the everyday challenges keep me going; overcoming them is rewarding and motivating.

What Challenges Do You Face The Most?

As a start-up and a new brand, raising awareness and finding your target audience is the most challenging aspect, specifically in our industry, as it has many intricate elements.

How Do You Handle The Challenges Along With Family Life?

My parents and grandparents are still living in my home country, Iran, so I am away from my family, but I have my brother and good friends here in the UK, which is excellent. In terms of finding a balance, I think it is very challenging to do that in the state of business I am currently in, so I have had to sacrifice my friends and family time to an extent… but I always try to enjoy the time I put aside for friends and family to the fullest.

What Do You Do For Self-Care?

I do like going to the gym and playing golf and tennis. I also enjoy working on new projects and design work. Spending time with friends and family is also great.

I Am Sure Some Aspiring Entrepreneurs Are Reading This. What Advice Would You Give Them?

The most important part, at least for me, is to focus on my path and the company’s mission and dedicate all my energy to my goal. Creating something from one’s vision and bringing it to the company’s one of the most fulfilling things one can do, and enjoying the journey whilst it’s happening is the only way we can stay focused and make things happen.

Can You Advise The Audience On How To Support Each Other During The Global Pandemic?

Entrepreneurship is a lonely road in many aspects, and the pandemic has shown that even more. Having a group of people going through similar challenges can be helpful as we can discuss those situations with each other.

What are the challenges of your job, and how have you overcome them?

My Response

Thank you for your question Aria. I have lots of challenges being a blogger. Blogging is a whole challenge on its own. However, I have been doing it for over five years and love it. My biggest challenges with blogging are content creation, finding the right audience and time management. A lot of work goes into content creation – research, drafts, more research, publishing and advertising. I am a single mother and a Student. So I do have a lot on my plate. However, I have learnt to pre-write my articles and schedule them in advance. That way, I can focus on my studies and being a mum.
