Meet Life Coach Andrea Muncy. Hey everyone, I hope you are well. In today’s post, I would like to introduce you to Life Coach Andrea Muncy. Andrea Muncy is a Combat-Veteran turned Visionary Life Strategist whose passion and mission is to help those who want more to get more out of life. She enables you to design a vision and strategy aligned with your goals and passions to succeed. She helps you clear the pathway to success in life, focusing on the value that doesn’t revolve around a dollar sign. The actual value in life is things we cannot put a price tag on. Follow your passion, and the rest will come. Let’s make it happen if you are ready to get more value out of life!
Meet Life Coach Andrea Muncy
Hello Andrea, it is a pleasure to interview you. What inspired you to become a Life Coach?
As I approach nearly 20 years of a military career with diverse coaching and leadership experience, multiple entrepreneurial ventures, and running my businesses, I realised in 2019 that coaching is my true passion. I love helping people accelerate the path to their goals and pursue their dreams.
What is your Method and Style of Coaching?
I am a Visionary Life Strategist. My style is to help my clients develop a vision and strategy aligned with their values, passions and goals to succeed in whatever areas of life they want to focus on. I make one-on-one coaching, group coaching, leadership, career and life coaching.
When do you think it is the right time to hire a Life coach?
Any time you have something you want to achieve, change, learn, or grow in your life. Pretty much any time you don’t want to stay where you’re.
You also have a YouTube channel. Please share what the track is about and what you hope to achieve from it?
I do weekly motivational videos, tips, challenges, a word of the week, vision-building workshops, and share various coaching strategies to help plan, prioritise, visualise and overcome challenges.
What challenges do you have as a Mom and a Wife and running a successful business?
Balancing work and “life” is always a challenge. I’ve found that prioritising my “Non-negotiables” (i.e. family time, exercise, etc.) and using a planner to schedule my days have helped me manage time to run my business. I wake up early and do many business activities while most people sleep. That way, I don’t miss out on time with my family.
How do you stay motivated in your business?
I am doing what I love. Seeing others follow their dreams and succeed is all the motivation I need. That keeps me going and helps pull me through the more challenging days.
What do you do for self-care?
I run… Haha! I have called running my meditation for so long, but I’ve finally just started adding meditation and yoga to my morning routine to become more balanced and centred. Things that I love doing are hikes, roller skating, skateboarding or anything with my family outdoors. We live in Hawaii, so I love going outside and enjoying this beautiful island.
I am sure some aspiring Influential Speakers and Coaches are reading this. What advice would you give them?
Find what you are passionate about and follow your heart to guide the path. Success falls into place when you do what you love and align with your values and who you are. Nothing in life comes easy, so patience is essential to get where you want to go. Get a coach! Everyone could use a coach, especially a coach! We deserve it, too! đ
Can you advise the audience on how to support each other during the Global Pandemic?
Community is everything. In this time of separation and additional stress, look at what you can do for others. I always have felt that the most accurate form of wealth is what one can give to others. There’s no better feeling than to give. Join uplifting and inspiring communities where you can share your gifts. I have an organisation called Aligned + Inspired, where we do just that.
Last but not least, do you have any questions for me?
What is an area that you’d like to see more focus on? What do you think is something that I could provide your community?
My Response:
You are truly inspiring, and I love what you are doing. Keep sharing your story because that draws your potential client toward your way. After 20 years + in the military, I believe people who may not be aware of the possibilities have to move on or do not know where to start. You did.
Also, always remember why you started. This is important because sometimes life happens, and we get so busy and forget what our goals were before we started.
As single parents, we would benefit from your life coaching services. However, we feel it’s costly to get into. Maybe create a less-expensive product, for example, ebooks, short courses etc. This way, you can explain what Life coaches do and how it will benefit them.

She is such an amazing and inspiring woman. I agree with her, that you need to make or have a plan for every task that you are going to do and also for you to be able to manage your time.
