Ten questions you should ask yourself. Hello everyone, I hope you are well. In today’s post, I will be sharing ten questions you should ask yourself when you are preparing for your self-improvement journey. These ten questions should help you work out things that you Be all you can be, but it’s not always in the Army. I often see myself as somewhat contented with my life the way things are, but it’s hard to think of anything else when there are real issues to be discussed. Still, I aspire for something deeper and more meaningful.
So, we’re all pelted with problems. Honestly, it shouldn’t bother or hinder us from becoming all we ought to be. Aspirations as kids should continue to live within us, even though they would be short-lived or as long as we could hold on to the dream. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks… or can they?
Ten Questions You Should Ask Yourself
What Do I Want?
The question of the ages. So many things you want to do with your life and so little time to even go about during the day.
Finding something you are good at can help you realize that small step toward improvement. Diligence is the key to knowing that it is worth it.
Should I Change It?
Today’s generation has taken another level of redefining ‘self’, or at least that’s what the kids are saying—having an army of teenage nieces and nephews has taught me that there are far worse things they could have had than acne or even promiscuity. So how does that fit into your lifestyle?
If history has taught us one thing, it’s the life we have gone through. Try to see if partying Seventies style wouldn’t appeal to the younger generation, but dancing is part of partying. Watch them applaud after showing them how to dance, then break their bones in break-dancing.
What’s The Bright Side In All Of This?
With so much happening around us, there seems to be no room for even considering that light at the end of the tunnel. We can still see it as something positive without undergoing so much scrutiny. And if it’s a train at the end of the tunnel, take it for a ride and see what makes the world go round!
Am I Comfortable With What I’m Doing?
There’s always the easy and correct way when deciding what goes with which shoes, purse, shirt and whatnot. It doesn’t take a genius to see yourself as someone unique, or else we’ll all be equally the same in everything we do. Variety brings in fascinating questions to have experimented with.
Have I Done Enough For Myself?
Have you, or is there something more you want to do? Discontentment in every aspect can be dangerous in large doses, but in small amounts, you’ll be able to see and do stuff you could never imagine doing.
Am I Happy Where I Am Today?
It’s an unfair question so let it be an answer! If you love being a good and loving mom or dad to your kids, then take it up a notch! Your kids will love you forever. The same goes for everyday life!
Am I Appealing To The Opposite Sex?
So maybe I don’t have an answer to that, but that doesn’t mean I can’t try it. Whether you shape up, change how you wear your clothes or hair, or even your attitude towards people, you should never forget it will always be for your benefit.
How Much Could I have?
I suppose, in this case, there are no such things as having things too much or too little, but it’s more on how badly you need them. I’d like to have lots of money, no denying that, but the question is how much are you willing to work for it?
What Motivates Me?
What motivates you? It’s an answer you have to find out for yourself. So many things can make everyone happy, but choosing one of them may be the hardest part. It’s not like you can’t have one serving of your favourite food in a buffet, and that’s it. Just try it piece by piece.
What Makes You Tick?
So? What makes you tick? You can be just about anything you always wanted to be, but to realize that attaining something that may seem very difficult is already giving up before you even start that journey. Always remember that self-improvement is not just about the physical or philosophical change you have to undergo but something you want.
I hope you enjoyed and learnt something from this. Remember, self-improvement is a journey only you can take on yourself. Also, no matter where you are on your journey, keep it up, and never quit.

LOVE these questions! It’s so important to take the time and reflect on what’s important. Might have to sit down and do these this weekend

These questions are amazing for self-reflection! I had a couple that I struggled with the answers to, so I need to go back and reflect on that over the weekend, and really dive deep into why and what I can change.

These are great questions to ask. If you aren’t entirely happy where you’re at, there are always changes that you can make. However, you need to first identify what it is that you DO want – what direction you want to go. Someone once told me if you enter the forest of life with no destination in mind, you’re sure to walk in circles until you’re exhausted, lost, and nowhere. However, if you walk in with a destination and a plan of action, you’re far more likely to find what you’re searching for!

Self examination through specific questions is my favorite self-improvement tool. While some people are great at doing this in their head, I alwasy have to write it down to figure out what it is I really think. I journal the answers and I always discover something new about myself. It is important to ask the right questions, too. Thank you for sharing your questions.

This post really makes one sit back and think hard. We just go through life sometimes without taking time to really consider if we are fulfilled It’s important to stop every once in a while and evaluate your life..

Great questions. I’m going to have to choose a few to concentrate on. What motivates me has been a big one lately as began a weight loss journey a few weeks ago. Lots of motivation is need to keep in track but being healthy and being able to be active for my five year old are the biggest motivators. Being able to be present instead of tired and unhealthy.

Lots to think about here! I love that one of the first questions is “Should I change it?” Sometimes outward change is necessary, but sometimes acceptance is better.

Interesting questions. ‘What’s the bright side in all of this?’ is something I try and stick with the most often. Looking for the silver lining really helps me handle and make the best of a tough situation.
Kat
Those are some interesting ideas, especially as I am working on some of these questions right now. I especially like seeing the bright side, as that’s very important in any situation, especially at the moment!

Like the questions. I always ask the question whether I am happy where I am today because for me life is too short to be miserable. Love to come across with this post having the same set of questions Igot for myself. 😀
