Things to do in January. Hey Everyone, I hope you are well. In today’s post, I will be sharing something you need to do in January. So we are in the first month of the new year. That means we have another 365 days to do what we wanted to do the previous year. However, what do you do in January? Return to work, Pay your bills, Set new year Resolutions and Goals (hoping to stick it) etc. Yes, those are the big things that happen in January. But we must remember that the small things matter too. The little things are things that you could do to enable you to achieve big things.

THINGS TO DO IN JANUARY

NEW YEAR NEW YOU

I believe this is everyone favourite quote for each new year. It’s mine too. There are many things you could do to achieve this. For example, getting a completely new look is a great start to boost your confidence for the year, changing your wardrobe, redecorate your house. You need to reflect on the old you’re from the previous year and think about what could change and how you’re going to do that long term. Set goals on small little things and commit to them.

THE 12 MONTHS PLAN

I know this sounds a bit scary, and not possible. It is. All you need is to get yourself a monthly planner/diary and note down 12 things you would like to achieve over the next twelve months, January 19 – January 20. If you do not know what your plans are, that is ok, and you can start by noting down one thing each month, for example, your children birthdays, anniversary, annual holidays or special events coming up. Those things are important and most precious, and then you set up your personal goals for each month. As the months’ pass, you can tick off the goals and see the things you have achieved.

ENOUGH THINKING ABOUT IT – DO IT

We were in 2019. Do you know what that means? This is officially the last year of the 10’s. Next year we start a whole new 20’s. Make it count. This is the year you do what you have always wanted to do in the last 10 years. This year is the year you say, Enough is Enough. Just go for it. Any negativity you have been holding on to within the last ten years, let it go. Stop feeling guilty for the mistakes you made. Stop taking the blame for other people mistakes. Forgive those people that wrong you. This year should be your year and a fun one too. No more drama, no more fake friends, no more complaining and excuses. No More. Go out there and make things happen.
